Ingredients:
Okra cut- 2 cups
Coconut gratings- 2 tbsp
Rasam powder- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Sugar- 1/4 tsp
Cilantro
For seasoning:
Oil- 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Urad dal- 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves-3-4
Turmeric- 1/4 sp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add the seasoning ingredients. Add cut Okra and fry until crisp. Add salt, coconut gratings, rasam powder, sugar and mix well. Add lemon juice and cilantro cut. Mix well and serve.
