Mushti Dosa


Ingredients:

Raw rice/Sona masoori- 2 cups
Methi/Fenugreek seeds- 1 tsp
Urad dal- 2 tbsp
Coconut gratings- 1 cup
Aval- 1/2 cup
Ghee 

Method:

Soak rice, methi seeds, urad dal for 5-6 hours. Soak aval for 15 minutes. Add coconut gratings, aval, and the soaked mix to the grinder and grind it finely. Pour the batter into a container and let it ferment for 8-10 hours.
Heat the dosa tava/pan. Pour a ladelful of batter in a round shape. This dosa will be a little thick. Pour ghee over the dosa. Close it with a lid and let it cook on medium flame. The dosa will be soft and full of holes. Don't turn over the dosa.
Serve hot with coconut chutney/tomato chutney.
