Ingredients:
Raw peanut- 2 cups
Onions finely chopped- 1/4 cup
Tomatoes- 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder-1 tsp
Green chillies cut- 2
Chaat masala- 3/4 tsp
Jeera powder- 1 tsp
Black salt- 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves- 3 tbsp
Method:
Pressure cook (2 whistles) peanuts with water and add turmeric and salt.
Strain the water and transfer to a bowl.
Add Onions, Tomatoes, Kashmiri chili powder, Green chilies, Jeera powder, Black salt, Lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well and serve.
