Sprouted Moong Salad




Ingredients:
Sprouted Moong- 1 cup
Tomatoes- cut -1 medium
Onion- 1 small
Green chili chopped- 2-3
Dhania/Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala- 1/2 tsp
Black salt- 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice- 2tsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro chopped- 1 tsp

Method:
Toss all the above ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for an hour before serving. This salad is very refreshing to eat during any time of the day.
